The Conservatory was founded by the Agreement Act which came into force on the 17th September 2004, based on the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic enlisting The Private Conservatory of Dance in Košice into the school network and school organization in the Slovak Republic with specialization on Dance (folk, modern, classical), came into force on the 1st September 2005 and specialization on Music and Scenic Art, came into force on the 1st September 2009.
